No player from the England team could perform well, only Harry Brook scored 66 runs, apart from that no player could score 50 and the entire England team was bowled out for 215 runs, thus Afghanistan won the match by 69 runs.

The England team has lost their two matches out of three. In the first match, England lost to New Zealand by 9 wickets, then in the second match, they defeated Bangladesh by 137 runs, and in the third match, they lost to Afghanistan by 69 runs.

In the points table, England is in fifth place with only two points. The England team will play nine matches like the rest of the teams, after which it is necessary to be in the top four to qualify for the semi-finals.
